This Terms & Conditions, Legal & Regulatory Policy (“Policy”) governs the access to, registration on, and use of the PlanetPerks platform, website, applications, cashback programmes, discount mechanisms, and all ancillary services and benefits offered thereunder (collectively referred to as “PlanetPerks”).
By clicking on the “I Agree” button, registering on PlanetPerks, or availing any benefit, discount, or cashback through PlanetPerks, the user (“User”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be legally bound by this Policy, without limitation or qualification.
1.1 PlanetPerks is an initiative conceptualised and pioneered by LAHS Pratishthan, a not-for-profit organisation, with the objective of promoting sustainable living and environmentally responsible practices.
1.2 The operational execution, administration, management, technology deployment, vendor coordination, and user engagement of PlanetPerks are carried out by LAHS Green India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.3 This Policy constitutes a valid, enforceable, and binding electronic contract formed through electronic means and shall be governed by:
1.4 The User expressly agrees that clicking on “I Agree” constitutes lawful consent and acceptance, equivalent to a written and signed agreement.
2.2 PlanetPerks has been created solely with the intent of recognising, incentivising, and rewarding families and households that actively participate in sustainable waste management practices, including segregation, responsible disposal, and collaboration with the Company to prevent waste from reaching dumping grounds and landfills.
2.2 PlanetPerks is not:
and shall not be construed as such under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 or any other applicable law.
2.3 Cashback and discounts offered under PlanetPerks are gratuitous incentives, offered as a goodwill reward for sustainable behaviour, and do not create any vested, contractual, or guaranteed monetary right in favour of the User.
3.1 PlanetPerks facilitates access to discounts and cashback offers provided by third-party vendors, service providers, aggregators, and e-commerce platforms..
3.2 The Company has undertaken discussions and negotiations with various brands and platforms including, but not limited to, Uber, Swiggy, Flipkart, Amazon, Ola, and other local, national, or international partners.
3.3 The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
3.4 The Company shall not be liable for any representation, communication, or promise made by third-party vendors.
4.1 Subject to compliance with this Policy, eligible cashback amounts shall be credited directly to the wallet provided by us. Once the amount in the wallet crosses a limit of INR 1,000/- (One Thousand Only), the same shall be credited in the user's account.
4.2 Cashback shall be credited within within 60 (sixty) days from the date of actual purchase, subject to:
4.3 Cashback shall be credited only upon accumulation of a minimum threshold of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
4.4 The maximum cumulative cashback entitlement under PlanetPerks shall be limited to 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per family, unless expressly revised in writing by the Company.
4.5 PlanetPerks does not operate any prepaid wallet, payment system, or stored value instrument. Accordingly:
5.1 In case of product replacement, cashback shall be credited only after the replacement process has been successfully completed and validated.
5.2 In case of product return or order cancellation:
5.3 PlanetPerks shall have no role, control, or responsibility in refund timelines, refund modes, or dispute resolution related to third-party transactions.
6.1 Registration on PlanetPerks is entirely free of cost, and no registration, onboarding, or participation fee is charged.
6.2 Each family shall be issued one unique set of login credentials, and cashback benefits shall be applicable only for transactions carried out using such credentials.
6.3 The User shall be solely responsible for:
6.4 Any misuse, credential sharing, manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of PlanetPerks benefits without notice.
7.1 Discount benefits are planned to commence from 15 April 2026.
7.2 Cashback benefits are planned to commence from 15 September 2026.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to roll out PlanetPerks in phases, limit access, or restrict benefits based on geography, society participation, or operational feasibility.
8.1 PlanetPerks acts solely as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

9.1 Any grievance relating to goods or services shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and shall be raised directly with the concerned seller or service provider.
9.2 PlanetPerks shall not be treated as a “seller” or “service provider” for such purposes.
10.1 User data shall be collected and processed in accordance with:

10.3 The Company shall adopt reasonable security practices but shall not be liable for breaches beyond its reasonable control.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11.2 The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the cashback amount payable for the relevant transaction..
12.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate PlanetPerks benefits in case of fraud, misuse, policy violation, or regulatory requirement.
12.2 The Company shall not be liable for non-performance due to force majeure events including acts of God, government orders, system failures, or third-party disruptions.
13.1 This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
13.2 Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
14.2 Continued use of PlanetPerks shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
